Adeetya Jain
18, based between Mumbai and the internet. I live at the intersection of AI, applied mathematics, markets, and games — the kind of person who reads central-bank transcripts for fun, spends weekends inside stochastic processes, and writes to untangle what I’m building. Quietly enamored with planning under uncertainty and the long arc of deep tech out of India.
An engineer, first principle. Everything else is downstream.
I get more technical every single day — by design, not by accident.
I think in systems: runtimes, agents, distributions, gradients, game loops. The work I care about lives at the seam where applied mathematics, AI infrastructure, and product instinct quietly collide.
Right now I'm in stealth with a small, lethal team, building AI-native runtime cognitive models for games. Our first venture is a grand strategy simulator — emergent diplomacy, economics, and warfare driven by agents that plan, remember, and adapt in real time.
The longer arc is unambiguous: a frontier deep-tech company, built and shipped from India.
One thesis: runtime cognition changes how software thinks.
Stealth game studio. Applied ML research. Long bets on Indian deep tech.
AI-Native Runtime Cognitive Models
Building the substrate: compact, fast, controllable cognitive runtimes for interactive software. First project — an AI-native grand strategy simulator where agents plan, remember, and negotiate in real time. Built in stealth with a young engineering team from IIT Bombay, IIT Kharagpur, and other top campuses. More soon.

Deep tech, from India
Frontier AI infrastructure and simulation, built and shipped from India.
The tools, the math, the muscle memory.
I get more technical every day. This is roughly the surface area I'm comfortable building across — from runtime engineering to the math that makes it tractable.

The rabbit holes I keep falling into.
AI-Native Runtimes
Cognitive models that think at runtime — agents, planners, memory, world-models. The substrate underneath the next decade of software.
Game Dev
Grand strategy, simulation, emergent systems. Engines, ECS, AI directors, procedural worlds. Games are the most honest interface for intelligence.
Math I keep returning to
Multivariable calculus, stochastic processes, statistics, discrete math, probability, combinatorics. The grammar of every system worth modeling.
Physics
First principles, dynamical systems, statistical mechanics. The cleanest intuition pump for thinking about complex worlds.
Markets & Macro
How information becomes price. LLM-driven signals from verbal Fed communication, earnings calls, central-bank transmission.
Deep Tech in India
Building a serious, research-rooted company out of India. Frontier work, shipped from home soil.
Everything else
If it has feedback loops, optimization pressure, and a hint of chaos — I want to understand it.
Things I've shipped, broken, or am still building.

Learning diplomacy before building products.
Long before startups, I spent years immersed in debating and Model UN — negotiating geopolitical crises, defending positions under pressure, and reading the room. Surprisingly transferable to entrepreneurship, economics, and product design.

Before startups, I loved performing.
Drama taught me confidence, storytelling, timing, and empathy. Public speaking, pitching, leading teams, communicating clearly — all of it was first rehearsed under stage lights, with the wrong cue, somehow, every single time.
